Resolution

I'm read read lot's of forums about it issue abd find that this isuue can happens in few cases:
  • troubles with wget/curl - depending on what tools is using for downloads
  • troubles with Mandriva packages rebuilding
In my case i'm try all resolutions what was suggested for resolve wget/curl problem, but it's not help me.
In my case - i'm updating Mandriva lots times before and nothing was happens like it - it's reason why i'm decide that
problem not with my linux settings.

I'm just wait 2 days, and all become work fine.
Resolution: if updates working before - then it's troubles with Mandriva packages rebuilding, just wait and it will be reolved (rebuild take about 2 days)
If it's not help try to change mirrors in /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg, search of mirrors: http://club.mandriva.com/xwiki/bin/view/Downloads/MirrorFinder2
